MacLAUGHLIN, Robie A.-A lifelong Everett resident, passed away on May 7th, 2015, at 69 years. Beloved son of the late Dr. Charles H. MacLaughlin and the late Helen F. (Connors) MacLaughlin. Loving bother of Charles H. MacLaughlin Jr and his wife Elaine of Swampscott, Dr. David T. MacLaughlin and his wife Ann of Gloucester, and the late Mary L. O'Neil and her surviving husband Gerry O'Neil of Naples, Fl. Loving uncle of Charles MacLaughlin III, Philip MacLaughlin, Laura Daly, Diane Fuller, and Ellen Babine. Loving cousin of Lester and Helen MacLaughlin, Rosemary and the late Peter Dolan, the late Robert MacLaughlin, and the late Maryann Samms. He is also survived by several grandnieces and grandnephews. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend a funeral from the JF Ward Funeral Home, 772 Broadway, Everett, on Tuesday, May 12th, at 9 AM, followed by a Funeral Mass in Immaculate Conception Church, 487 Broadway, Everett, at 10 AM. Visiting hours will be held at the funeral home on Monday from 4-8 PM. Robie was a US Air Force veteran of the Vietnam War. He was a longtime auditor for the IRS and an avid sailor.
