ERNST, Robert H.- In Florida and a lifelong Everett resident, passed away on January 1 ^st , 2019, at 76 years. Beloved husband of 50 years to Pauline D. (Gray) Ernst. Loving son of the late Harold W. and Grace M. (McGuirn) Ernst. Loving father of Brian R. Ernst and his wife Sylvie (Michaud) Ernst, and Kristin M. (Ernst) Kinne and her husband Todd Kinne. Loving brother  of Caroline (Ernst) Mahoney. Cherished grandfather of Patrick Ernst, Ayden Carpenter, Cooper Ernst, Ryley Ernst, Jaymie Kinne, and Kaelyn Kinne. He also leaves his cat, Gus. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend a funeral service at the JF Ward Funeral Home, 772 Broadway, Everett, on Friday, Jan 11 ^th , at 10 AM. Visiting hours will be held on Thursday from 4-8PM. Services will conclude with military honors in Glenwood Cemetery, Everett. Robert was a US Air Force veteran and retired from the B&M Railroad/Amtrak as a locomotive engineer BLET Union #57. He later worked at Disney World in Florida. He was a member of the American Legion, Lodge of Elks, and an avid lifelong camper, and family man who loved and spoiled his grandchildren.
