Patrick "Joe" Gallagher -Of Everett passed away unexpectedly on December 13th, 2024, at the age of 88. He spent his last 8 months in and out of the hospital and rehab facilities, finally succumbing to long term heart failure.

He is the son of the late Frances (Otis) and Patrick Gallagher. He is one of three children, now all deceased.

He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Mary (Langone) Gallagher and many nieces and nephews.

Joe served his country in the Air Force and later in the National Guard, he then spent many years working as a supervisor in a machine shop prior to retiring.

He has always been a good Christian and was faithful to his church. He never sat down to a meal without holding hands and thanking God for the food they would eat.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend calling hours at the J. F. Ward Funeral Home, 772 Broadway, Everett, on Tuesday, December 17th, from 2 to 5 pm, followed by his funeral in the funeral home on Wednesday, December 18th, at 10 am. Services will conclude with interment and military honors at Woodlawn Cemetery in Everett.
