PEAVEY, Miriam (Dodge)-Of Everett, January 1, 2012, at 81 years. Beloved wife of Melvin F. "Bud" Peavey. Loving mother of Kenneth F. Peavey and his wife Betty of Peabody, Nancy R. Gallagher of Billerica, Susan E. Guess and her husband Mark of Des Moines, IA. She is also survived by 7 cherished grandchildren and 1 cherished great grandchild. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend a funeral at the JF Ward Funeral Home, 772 Broadway, Everett, on Thursday, Jan 5th, at 10 AM. Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday from 4-8 PM. Interment in Glenwood Cemetery, Everett. Miriam was an avid gardener and reader. She was a former longtime employee for Stop & Shop in Everett.
