O'BRIEN, Michael J- Of Everett , passed away at home on March 23, 2014, at 64 years. Beloved husband of Celia "Sheila" (Mylott) O'Brien. Loving father of David Michael O'Brien and his wife Melissa of Saugus, Catherine S. Ruggiero and her husband Robert of Derry, NH, Erin P. O'Brien of Medford, and the late Maureen M. O'Brien. Loving brother of Karen Douglas and her husband George of Sagamore Beach, Mary Aikens of Brockton, and the late Susan Callahan and Rita O'Brien. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend a funeral from the JF Ward Funeral Home, 772 Broadway, Everett, on Thursday, March 27 ^th , at 9 AM, followed by a Funeral Mass in Immaculate Conception Church, 487 Broadway, Everett, at 10 AM. Visiting hours will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday from 4-8 PM. Michael was a US Air Force veteran of the Vietnam War and was retired from the Massport Authority.
