HINES, Lewis E.-A lifelong Everett resident, passed away in his home surrounded by his loving family on January 17, 2014, at 82 years. Loving husband of the late Joan C. (McLaughlin) Hines. Loving father of Kathleen Justice and her partner Eric Abbott, Lorraine Hines and her partner Tom Clark, Lisa Hines, Steven Hines, David Justice, and Catherine Cronk. Cherished grandfather of Christopher Justice and his wife Angela, Julia Hines, Emma Justice, Evan Hines, and Sean Cronk. Cherished great grandfather of Allison and Natalie Justice. Loving brother of the late Lillian Buys. Loving companion of Doris "Dee" Hagman. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend a funeral at the Melrose Highlands Congregational Church, 355 Franklin St., Melrose, on Tuesday, Jan 21st at 11 AM. Visiting hours will be held at the JF Ward Funeral Home, 772 Broadway, Everett, on Monday from 4-8 PM. Interment in Holy Cross Cemetery, Malden. Mr. Hines was a US Air Force Korean War veteran.
