Of Everett formerly of Malden, on September 22, 2017 at 97 yrs old. Beloved wife of the late Domenic A. Correggio Sr. Loving daughter of the late Antonio and Rosina Nazzaro. Devoted mother of Domenic A. Correggio Jr and wife Gail of Saugus and Richard P. Correggio and wife Judith of Revere. Dear sister of the late Anna Cirino and husband Edward, Frank Nazzaro and wife Lucy, Lucy Masiello and husband Pasquale, Rose Vitale and husband Joseph, Anthony Nazzaro and wife Emily. Cherished grandmother of Domenic A. Correggio III and wife Sarah of AZ, Paul E. Correggio and wife Jennifer of Wakefield, Gina Correggio-Regitano and husband Richard of Lynnfield, Nicholas Correggio and wife Roseanna of Revere. Great-grandmother of Aidan, Mia, Domenic IV, Adriana and Marco. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Service in the JF Ward Funeral Home, 772 Broadway, Everett on Wednesday, September 27, 2017 at 11am. Visiting hours will be Wednesday from 9-11am. During the war effort of the 1940's Josie worked for the Malden Mills and the National Radio Company. She loved to cook, take trips with her husband and enjoyed her favorite television programs. Josie was a great homemaker. Interment in Holy Cross Cemetery, Malden.
