John D.
Sadler
May 27, 1944 — Jan 27, 2021
Mr. John "Johnny" Davis Sadler departed this life on January 26, 2021 in his home in Everett, MA at 76 years.
Mr. John D. Sadler, the son of the late John Henry Sadler and Florence Sadler, was born on May 27th, 1944 in Malden, MA. He attended Malden schools in his early years and graduated from Malden High school in 1963. He eventually became the librarian at his high school alma mater where he worked for over thirty years. He was well loved by all who had the good fortune to work with him. He had a love of singing, vintage cars, motorcycles, food, animals, and jokes of the dry variety, often cracking them to the delight of his sisters and friends. He caught the show biz bug quite early and was known to perform shadow box shows for his family and break into song when the mood struck.
He will be most remembered for how devoted he was to his family, especially his three younger sisters for whom he doted on.
Mr. Sadler is preceded in death by his mother, Florence Sadler, father, John Henry Sadler, and sisters, Jane and Ellen Sadler.
Mr. Sadler is survived by his sister, Elizabeth Ann Hays and her husband Gary Michael Hays and his nieces, Catherine, Andrea, Jennifer, and Rose.
