LANE, John F.-Of Everett, passed away on February 2nd, 2018, at 67 years. Beloved husband of Katherine L. (Snow) Lane. Loving father of Lawrence DiPietro and his wife Maria, and Lauren (DiPietro) Tammaro and her husband Anthony. Loving brother of Michael Lane, Mary Gotgart, and Linda Serino. Cherished grandfather of Allie DiPietro, Joseph and Niko Tammaro. He is also survived by his loving dog, Lilly Rose, and Parrot, Abbey Lane. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend a funeral at the JF Ward Funeral Home, 772 Broadway, on Friday, Feb 9th, at 11 am. Visiting hours will be held on Thursday in the funeral home from 4-8 pm. Services will conclude with interment in Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett. John was a US Army Vietnam era veteran and was retired from the US Postal Service with over 30 years of service. In his memory, donations may be made to the American Lung Association
