Stilwell, Sr. Loving mother of William Stilwell, Jr. and his wife Elaine, Cheryl Peach and her husband John, David Stilwell and his wife Brenda, Debbie Scotti and her husband Nicholas, and Steven Stilwell. Cherished grandmother of Erin, Amber, Ashley, Steven Stilwell, Nicholas and Robyn Scotti. Loving sister of Marion Frongillo, Bette Dudley, Carolyn "Ginger" Loughlin, the late Leslie "Red" Cushing, Richard Cushing, Shirley Malcolm, and Claire Pippy. She is also survived by many dear nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend a funeral at the JF Ward Funeral Home, 772 Broadway, Everett, on Monday, March 14th, at 10 AM. Visiting hours will be held on Sunday from 2-6 PM. Interment in Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett. Jean was a secretary for the City of Everett Building Department for over 25 years, retired.
