Jane Marchelletta, 64, a lifelong resident of Everett, MA unexpectedly passed away on August 24, 2026.

Jane was predeceased by her mother Jacqueline (Williams) Marchelletta and father Michael Marchelletta.

Jane leaves behind her two loving children Adam Marchelletta, his spouse Amanda Graham of Hudson, NH and Gabrielle (Marchelletta) Poste, her husband Frank Poste of East Bridgewater, MA, her beloved grandchildren Lacey Marchelletta, Chloe Marchelletta and Frankie Poste, her sister Linda Fougere, several dear cousins, nieces, nephews and family members.

Jane was known for her sense of humor; when she retold stories and memories it was only natural to laugh with her. If you’ve watched Seinfeld then you understand her humor, equal parts sarcastic and silly. She always said “there’s a Seinfeld episode for everything”. Jane spent many hours talking with friends and family sharing her greatest accomplishments, her children and grandchildren. Football season was Jane’s favorite time of year and she never missed a Patriots game or an opportunity to wish you a happy game day on Sunday. Jane loved loud music on a good quality stereo. Although her taste evolved over time, she would always come back to her favorites - Led Zeppelin, Aerosmith, and The Beatles. The holiday season was always a special time of year to Jane as she spent many years cooking for her family passing along recipes and traditions as well as her love for cooking to both of her children. She will be warmly remembered and missed by all who knew her.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend visiting hours at the JF Ward Funeral Home, 772 Broadway, Everett, on Friday, September 4th, from 10 am to 12 pm, followed by a service in the funeral home at 12 pm.
