James J. Haverty's Obituary
HAVERTY, James J-Of Middleton, formerly of Everett, passed away on October 5, 2015, at 91 years. Beloved husband of Beulah (Anthony) Haverty. Father of Melvin J. Haverty. He is also survived by 2 granddaughters and 2 great grandchildren. A funeral will be held at the JF Ward Funeral Home, 772 Broadway, Everett, on Thursday, Oct 8th at 11 AM. Services will conclude with interment in Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett. James was a Coast Guard and U.S. Navy veteran of WWII and the Korean War. Prior to his retirement, James was the Director of Maintenance for Lynnfield Public Schools. He was a former member of the Masonic Lodge and the V.F.W.
