VEITCH, Harriet M. (Banville)-A lifelong Everett resident, passed away at her home on March 19th, 2016, at 92 years. Beloved wife of the late James Veitch. Loving mother of Karen (Veitch) Delmonte and her husband Paul of Florida, James Veitch and his wife Angela of North Carolina, and Joan (Veitch) Dober and her husband Donald of Texas. Cherished grandmother of Parker and James Veitch III both of North Carolina, Tim and Katie Dober both of Texas. Loving sister of Joan Fenwick of Sacramento, California, John Banville of Lakeville, and the late Theresa O'Donnell, Richard Banville, Barbara Crosio, and Sarah McKinnon. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend a visitation at the JF Ward Funeral Home, 772 Broadway, Everett, on Wednesday, March 23rd, from 10 AM to 11:30 AM, followed by Funeral Mass in Immaculate Conception Church, 487 Broadway, Everett, at 12 Noon. Interment in Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett. Prior to Harriet's retirement, she was an administrative assistant for GE and later Western Carloading Co. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Harriet's name to Shwartz Hospice and Palliative Care, 123 Captains Row, Chelsea, MA 02150 or to Mystic Valley Elder Services, 300 Commercial St., #19, Malden, MA 02148.
