George L. Nealon's Obituary
NEALON, George L.-Of Everett, passed away at the Chelsea Soldier's Home on February 27, 2016, at 80 years. Beloved husband of Beatrice (Todisco) Nealon. Loving father of George Nealon II and his wife Joanna, Patrick Nealon and his wife Kathy, and Craig Nealon and his wife Denise. Loving brother of William Nealon. He was predeceased by 4 siblings. Dear son In law of Josephine Todisco. He is also survived by 9 cherished grandchildren and 3 cherished great grandchildren. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend a funeral from the JF Ward Funeral Home, 772 Broadway, Everett on Friday, March 4th, at 10 AM, followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Michael the Archangel Chapel on the grounds of the Chelsea Soldier's Home, 91 Crest Ave., Chelsea, at 11AM. Visiting hours will be held at the funeral home on Thursday from 4-8 PM. Services will conclude with interment in Forestdale Cemetery, Malden. George was a US Air Force veteran of the Korean War. He was a quality control manager at Vicor Corporation and was employed there for over 35 years before retiring at 70. In George's name, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 480 Pleasant St., Watertown, MA 02472 or visit alz.org.
