George A. Laws, Sr.'s Obituary
George A. Laws, Sr.- Of Malden, passed away at Mass General Hospital
in Boston on January 19th, 2022, surrounded by his loving family. He
was 72. Born in Boston, he was the beloved son of the late Frank and
Agnes Laws. Loving husband of the late Lois A. (Bertulli) Laws. Loving
father of George Laws, Jr and Victoria Laws. Cherished grandfather of
Allyssa, Nicholas, and Jacob Laws. Loving brother of Richard and Robert
Laws, Elaine Keefe, and the late Henry, Eugene, Walter Laws, and the
late Agnes Grabowski.
Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend a funeral at the
JF Ward Funeral Home, 772 Broadway, Everett, on Sunday, January
23rd, at 11 am. Due to the continuing COVID-19 pandemic, masks
must be worn in the funeral home. The burial will be
private.
George was employed at Polaroid as a research technician for
almost his entire life prior to retiring. He had a fascination with science
fiction and loved to discuss and study anything science related. He will be sadly
missed. In George's memory, donations may be made to the American
Cancer Society @www.cancer.org
