Genevieve DeSiderio had an incredibly vibrant spirit that helped

shape and guide the lives of people she knew. She was a very

strong-willed 1st generation Italian-American who never held back

when speaking her mind or sharing her wisdom. She was

perpetually cooking her famous "Meatballs and Eggplant

Parmesan" Genevieve, known by those who were close to her as

"Gen" was a woman who cared for many people. Genevieve was a

devout Catholic all her life and said her Rosary every day. At her

home in Everett, she spent many long hours at the kitchen table

with coffee and cake, sometimes she'd be cutting vegetables,

always talking with friends and family about her life stories, rich

with sage advice that helped many overcome fears, make better

life choices and find solace from their personal struggles.

Genevieve (Capra) DeSiderio was a "one of a kind" woman, truly a

force of nature, the epitome of "Old School" Italian style, grace,

beauty and strength. J.F Ward Funeral Home 772 Broadway,
