CORDWELL, Ernest H., Sr.-Of Everett, July 17, 2011, at 83 years. Beloved husband of Mary "Peggy" (Gear) Cordwell. Loving father of Kathleen D'Alleva and her husband Domenic of Wilmington, Barbara Boudreau and her husband James of Chelsea, and the late Ernest H. Jr. and Edward Cordwell. He is also survived by 8 cherished grandchildren and 2 cherished great grandchildren. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend a funeral at the JF Ward Funeral Home, 772 Broadway, Everett, on Wednesday, July 20th, at 10 AM. Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday from 4-7 PM. Interment in Puritan Lawn Cemetery, Peabody. Mr. Cordwell was a US Navy veteran. In Ernest's memory donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 30 Speen St. Framingham, MA 01701.
