NORTH, Elmer E., Jr. "Chuck"-A lifelong resident of Everett, MA and Sandown, NH, passed away suddenly on September 9, 2012. He was 61. Loving son of the late Elmer E. North, Sr. and the late Margaret R. North. Beloved husband of Anne M. "Candy" (DeVitto) North of Everett. Loving father of Melanie Anne Powers and her husband Justin of Franklin, and Kyle E. North of Everett. Loving brother of Peggyann Rebello and her husband Joe of Raynham, MA, Robbin Arsenault and her husband John of Clermont, FL. He is also survived by many dear nieces, nephews, and friends. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend visiting hours at the JF Ward Funeral Home, 772 Broadway, Everett, on Wednesday, Sept 12th, from 4-8 PM. Chuck was a 1970 graduate of Everett High and was a US Air Force veteran. He was a former bank courier and a longtime custodian for Everett Public Schools, and Raymond, NH public schools. In lieu of flowers, donations to his wife to help defray his final expenses would be appreciated.
