Eileen V. (Gear) Arsenault-Passed away peacefully after a brief illness in Concord, NH on January 2nd, 2024, at 84. She was the beloved mother of Laurie Tumasz and her husband Steven Tumasz of Chichester NH, Denise Nobert and her husband Tom Nobert of Goffstown, NH, and Thomas Arsenault and his wife Jenifer Arsenault of Lynn, MA.

Loving daughter of the late Thomas and Margaret (Powers) Gear. The youngest of 5 children, she is predeceased by her siblings Thomas "Fran", Virigina, Edward, and James.

Cherished grandmother of Merideth, Stephanie, Adam, Nathan, Kyle, and Zach. Eileen is also survived by many dear nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Born at home in Everett, MA, she resided in Malden for over 40 years. Eileen summered in Raymond, NH and spent the winters in St. Petersburg, FL for many years. She eventually moved to NH to be close to her family.

Her career in Data Processing spanned many years, and she enjoyed her time and made many lifelong friends at First National and Lechmere.

Eileen enjoyed family and friends at her cottage on Governors Lake in Raymond, NH and excursions with her friends in Raymond, NH and St. Petersburg, FL. She loved playing cards and bingo and was an avid New England sports fan, especially the Red Sox.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend visiting hours at the JF Ward Funeral Home, 772 Broadway, Everett, MA on Monday, January 8th, from 4-7 pm, followed by a funeral from the funeral home on Tuesday, January 9th, at 9 am with a Funeral Mass in Immaculate Conception Church, 487 Broadway, Everett, MA at 10 am. Services will conclude with entombment in Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett, MA
