Debra (Shilo) Duggan-Of Stoneham, passed away on November 14th, 2025, at 71 years. Born on September 30th, 1954, in Boston, Ma, she was the loving daughter of the late John and Helen Shilo. Debra attended Hyde Park High School and graduated from Suffolk University. During the course of her life, Debra worked in the computer industry, journalism and real estate. Debra loved all the Boston sports teams with a passion. She enjoyed music and attended many concerts over the years. Debra also loved animals. Slinky was with her for many years and now her and John share their dog, Marty. Debra was predeceased by her husband Tom Duggan, who spent many years with the Everett Fire Department. They loved to travel and watch and attend sports events and concerts for the past several years, prior to Tom's passing. She is survived by her boyfriend of several years, John Pawlak. Debra and John continued to enjoy music, sports, and going out with friends. She is also survived by her cousin Paul Shilo and his wife Lynne, aunts Priscilla Draper and Barbara Devane, and many cousins. Her close friends include Maureen Romano of Everett, Eileen Mattis of Canton, Jessie Bruhl of Raynham, Maureen Trefry of the North Shore, and Joyce of New Hampshire. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend a funeral service at the Woodlawn Cemetery Chapel, 302 Elm St., Everett, Ma on Thursday, November 20th, at 11 am, followed by interment in Woodlawn Cemetery.
