Williams, Charles E.-Of Saugus, formerly of Providence RI., passed away on January 12, 2013, at 24 years. He leaves behind many who loved him. He resided with Stan and Linda Silva of Saugus in fostercare since he was 9 months old. He was the son of Barbara Williams and Tyrone Shepard of Providence, RI.. his sisters Rebekah and Danyelle and brothers, Stan Jr, Adam, Tyrone Jr, Jason, Jermaine, and the late Robert Williams. he was loved and will be greatly missed by his grandparents, Edith Williams, Joyce Dias, and his foster grandmother Shirley Neagle and his many cousins, aunts and uncles. And we cannot forget his late aunt Dot Harding of Everett. A memorial service will be held Saturday, January 19, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. at Grace Ministries, 101 Main St., Saugus, Ma. In lieu of flowers, donations in Charles's memory may be made to Boston Children's Hospital, or Kaplan Family Hospice House in Danvers, or Grace Ministries.
