Aster Seifu's Obituary
Aster Seifu-Of Chelsea, passed away on August 25th, 2015, at home surrounded by her loving family. She was 85 years old. She is predeceased by for husband, the late Mekonnen Maru. She is survived by her son Haile Mekonnen and daughters Meaza Mekonnen, York Mekonnen, Woudensh Mekonnen, Sehin Mekonnen, Elizabeth Mekonnen, and Hana Mekonnen.
She is predeceased by her sons the late councilor Mike Mekonnen and Wubshet Mekonnen.
Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend a Funeral Mass in St. Thomas Aquinas, 97 South St., Jamaica Plain, on Friday, August 28th, at 9 AM. Services will conclude with interment in Forest Hills Cemetery, Jamaica Plain. A reception will be held back at the church immediately following the burial. All are invited.
