YOUNG, Arthur A.-Of Everett, passed away peacefully on May 6, 2014, with his family by his side, at 97 years. Born in Everett, he was the beloved husband of the late Alice T. (Mitchell) Young. Loving father of Alicia C. Turner of Malden and her late husband Edward, Rita F. Martell and her husband Michael of Malden, Arthur A. Young of Everett, and Harold R. Young and his wife Zwetlana of Saugus. Loving brother of the late Stanley and Shirley Young. He is also survived by 9 cherished grandchildren and 5 cherished great grandchildren. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend a funeral from the JF Ward Funeral Home, 772 Broadway, Everett, on Friday, May 9th, at 10 AM. Visiting hours will be held on Thursday from 4-8 PM. Interment in Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett. Mr. Young was WWII US Coast Guard veteran and was a retired Captain of the Everett Fire Department.
