DeROSA, Anthony, J. "Tony"-Of Melrose, formerly of Everett, passed away at the Melrose-Wakefield Hospital on September 11th, 2014. Beloved husband of Marilyn A. (Goss) DeRosa. Loving brother of Edith Boyajian of Abington and John DeRosa of Medford. He is also survived by many cherished nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend a funeral from the JF Ward Funeral Home, 772 Broadway, Everett, on Tuesday, Sept 16th, at 10 AM, followed by a Funeral Mass in Immaculate Conception Church, 487 Broadway, Everett, at 11 AM. Visiting hours will be held on Monday from 3-7 PM. Interment in Holy Cross Cemetery, Malden. Mr. DeRosa was a longtime employee for Hess Oil Company. He was the former sexton and head usher for Immaculate Conception Church and, he ran the Boston Marathon three times.
