Alice Ester Adiletto, known affectionately as Alice, peacefully passed away on September 28, 2023, in Lake Alfred, Florida, at the age of 80. She was born on June 25, 1943, in Plymouth. Alice was a beloved wife, dedicated mother, cherished grandmother, and proud great-grandmother.
Alice had a warm and nurturing personality, always putting her family first. She had a deep love for her family and enjoyed spending time with them. Alice had a passion for gardening and found solace in nurturing her plants. She also enjoyed doing puzzles, finding joy in the challenge and satisfaction of completing them.
Alice is survived by her dear brother, William Valliere, and nephew, Peter Bourbeau. She was a loving stepmother to AC Adiletto and his wife Nancy, Gary Adiletto and his wife Erica, and Janine Balistreri. Alice was adored by her grandchildren, Nicole DeNardo, Gina Adiletto, Nicolas Adiletto, John Adiletto, Tatiana Balistreri, Vanessa Adiletto, Matthew Adiletto, and Juliana Adiletto. She was a proud great-grandmother to Arianna, Gabriella, Eric, Jake, and Antonio. In addition to her lifelong friend Jean Hegarty, and neighbors she met along her journey.
Alice was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Nicholas Adiletto, her sister, Barbra Bourbeau, and her brother, James Valliere. Throughout her life, Alice worked as a cashier at Home Depot, where she greeted customers with a warm smile and friendly demeanor. She took pride in her work and made lasting connections with those she served.
A ceremony to honor Alice's life will be held at Holy Cross Cemetery on Wednesday, October 18th, at 12 PM. The cemetery is located at 175 Broadway, Malden, MA 02148. Alice's family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude for the love and support they have received during this difficult time.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to be made to American Lung Association in Alice's memory.
May Alice Ester Adiletto rest in eternal peace, forever remembered and dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
